We’d love you to be part of our journey: Â
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer who wants to grow their individual contributor career by solving complex data problems and contributing to the foundations of a modern, self-serve analytics platform. Â
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building reusable and scalable data models, and making data more accessible across the business. You will also take on cross-domain technical ownership and contribute to technical strategy and standards across the organisation.Â
 Â
Some of the great things you’ll do:Â
-
Develop and maintain scalable DBT models, transformation pipelines, and analytics workflows. Â
-
Build and support BI reporting and dashboards using modern visualisation tools. Â
-
Partner with analysts, product teams, and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data solutions. Â
-
Contribute to the design and optimisation of analytics-ready data models with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability. Â
-
Implement and maintain data quality checks, testing, and documentation to improve trust in analytics outputs. Â
-
Support operational excellence across the analytics stack through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Â
-
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team-wide engineering practices. Â
-
Contribute to analytics engineering standards, documentation, and best practices. Â
-
Support platform initiatives including migrations, model refactoring, governance improvements, and technical debt reduction. Â
-
Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Â
 Â
What we’d like to see from you:Â
-
Strong SQL skills and experience working with DBT or similar transformation frameworks. Â
-
Experience building analytics-ready data models and reporting solutions. Â
-
Understanding of data modelling principles, testing, and query optimisation. Â
-
Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, and automated testing. Â
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Â
-
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Â
-
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.Â
Â
Nice to have:Â
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Airflow.Â
- Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern data architectures.Â
- Experience supporting data platform migrations or modernisation initiatives.Â
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, or data reliability practices.
