We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.   

 

We now have a vacancy for an Asset Data Analyst to join our Asset and Development team.  

 

You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality housing asset information to support safe, compliant and value-for-money investment decisions. The role manages and improves asset datasets (e.g., stock condition, component lifecycles, compliance and energy data), produces insight and reporting for operational teams and leadership, and supports robust data governance across asset management systems.

To succeed, you’ll have demonstrable experience in an analyst or data-focused role with experience of working with large datasets and database concepts. You will have the ability to identify patterns, exceptions and root causes, translate findings into clear recommendations and communicate to non-technical colleagues.  

 

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of data quality and governance practices, advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines whilst delivering accurate outputs.
