The role is offered on a permanent basis, predominantly home based with ad hoc days in the office – though you may spend as many days in the office as you like.

The purpose of your role is power decision with data by designing and developing high-impact reporting that empowers teams with accurate and meaningful insights to drive strategic goals. Β Your day-to-day activities will include influencing how data is used by working with teams across the organisation; developing Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic modelling; writing SQL scripts to interrogate data; building data models; data validation and documentation; and have the opportunity to upskill in technologies such as Python, R, and Microsoft Fabric.

Must Have
Β 
  • Previous experience in commercial Business Intelligence reporting and/or Data Analysis.
  • Commercial experience using Power BI to develop, reports, dashboards and semantic modelling
  • Microsoft/Office 365 with a particular specialism in Excel to an advanced level/DAX.
  • SQL Scripting
  • Customer facing skills, able to engage to stakeholders autonomously to collaborate.
  • Social Housing reporting or regulatory reporting experience

  • RDBMS systems, such as Oracle or SQL Server
  • Wider appreciation of Microsoft BI tools, such as SSRS, SSIS, and/or SSAS
  • Data Warehouses
  • Web analysis tools such as Google Analytics and web tracking tools.
  • Power Apps
  • R, Python or MS Fabric.
  • Any relevant certification
