As a Data Analyst with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

 

Change Grow Live was recently awarded an exciting new contract providing psychosocial intervention and transitional services across prisons in Kent. The new service began on 1st April 2022 and offers a range of initiatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

 

We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed individual as Data Analyst for a minimum 12 month secondment as Maternity Cover  across the Sheppey Cluster of 3 Prisons.

 

You will hold responsibility for overseeing the efficient collection and analysis of data for all services within the treatment system. There will be particular focus on national reporting frameworks and being familiar with local data collection, analysis and reporting in other formats as and when . This role will have a quality assurance and developmental role, which will include devising and undertaking audits of service delivery. In addition to staff coaching regarding the use of performance outcomes within treatment to measure progress and devising and delivering training and workshop sessions to promote best practice

 

Location: HMP Sheppey, Eastchurch

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract 

Full Time Salary Range:  £32,002.35 - £34,214.20*

 

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

Key Activities

  • To use data that contributes to service user safety and maximise outcomes.
  • To produce reporting external audiences (including commissioners).
  • To produce regular and ad hoc data, analysis and reporting for internal requirements.
  • To support the wider contracting and performance management requirements and that information is shared and disseminated in a professional and timely manner.
  • Functional expert on the clinical case management and reporting system
  • Identify any issues with data recording and take a solution focused approach to addressing these inaccuracies through collaboratively engaging the wider service team.
  • Be the lead contact for service data requirements.
  • Provide administration and training on the clinical case management and reporting system.
  • To link operational and system pathways and processes.
  • Take an active role in wider service leadership.
  • Be part of ongoing quality improvement, connecting with resources such as central data and quality teams and using centrally produced information.
  • Provide regular supervision meetings and lead on HR processes such as absence management for a team of administrators.

 

About you:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of maintaining information systems.
  • Experience of managing large datasets and analysis.
  • Experience of developing data processes and systems.
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience of contributing to project development.
  • Highly IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of delivering technical training.
  • Previous experience of working with NDTMS.
  • Knowledge of the management of data in health and social care sectors, including substance misuse.
