Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and business development colleagues, you'll uncover trends, identify opportunities and help shape how we deliver services, improve performance and grow our impact.

What you'll be doing
You'll use data to help answer some of the Fedcap’s biggest questions, your duties will include:
- Turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights that support better decision-making.Â
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.Â
- Creating engaging insight reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Domo.Â
- Combining internal data with external research, market intelligence and sector insights to provide a complete picture.Â
- Supporting senior leaders with evidence-based recommendations that influence strategy.Â
- Using predictive and scenario-based analysis to help the organisation plan for the future.Â
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Operations, Service Improvement, Customer Experience, Commercial Growth and Leadership to ensure insight leads to action.Â
- Championing high-quality data and helping embed a culture of continuous improvement.Â

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and can translate data into stories that people understand. You'll have:
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Domo or similar data visualisation tools.Â
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.Â
- Experience presenting data in a way that influences decisions and drives action.Â
- The ability to combine multiple data sources to create meaningful business insight.Â
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working alongside stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.Â
- A logical, detail-focused approach while always keeping sight of the bigger picture.Â
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
