We are the Demand Forecasting team at the LEGO Group โ a team of 10+ data scientists and engineers with specialization in Machine Learning (ML) and MLOps. We deliver statistical and ML forecasts that enhance decision-making in the demand planning process at the LEGO Group. Think of predicting sales for a LEGO set one year from now, across all global markets. How does that challenge sound to you?
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with hands-on forecasting expertise to join our Demand Forecasting team. This role requires strong technical capability in time series and machine learning models, combined with the ability to translate data insights into clear business narratives that drive decision-making.
You will spend approximately 50% of your time on operational forecast delivery and 50% on improving accuracy, analysing results, and innovating.
