Your role @CHANEL:
This role is responsible for driving Digital performance and growth across Chanel.com, whilst delivering actionable insights to inform and elevate the Business strategy. Managing Digital analytics tools, processes and programmes, ensuring data is informing future growth across the E-Commerce and Digital functions. You will play a key role in advancing our analytical data and to underpin strategic decisions.
You will drive continuous enhancement of our Digital experiences through insight, proactively identifying opportunities, researching emerging trends, assessing industry activity, and exploring new technologies particularly with the emergence of AI.
Working in close partnership with local, regional and global teams, the role will lead the User Experience Testing Program. The role will own key relationships with contracts and partners to deliver best in class service and enhancements across SEO, GEO, CRO and other key performance areas.
Success will be assessed through the delivery of impactful programmes, the optimisation of key processes and improvements to a defined set of digital performance metrics.

Lead digital performance initiatives to elevate site experience, acquisition performance, and data-driven capabilities, positioning Chanel.com as a benchmark in luxury Fragrance & Beauty.
User Experience & Experimentation
Lead the User Experience Testing Program:
Traffic Acquisition & SEO
Advance SEO and GEO optimization, with a focus on continuous evolution. Manage the relationship with the SEO lead. Integrate emerging AI capabilities to enhance SEO, GEO, and Paid Media performance. Utilize new insight tools to monitor and report on the brandās presence and performance in the AI landscape. Work with cross-functional teams and agency to optimise F&B Affiliate program.
Performance & Search Evolution
Drive the performance landscape in alignment with the evolving future of Search. Ensure exceptional delivery across agency workstreams.
Analytics & Reporting
Own the evolution of data and reporting, overseeing continuous improvement of BI and GA (Google Analytics) reporting, as well as the adoption of advanced analytics tools.
Innovation & Value Optimization
Support innovation initiatives across Data, Traffic, and Personalisation. Maximize value from existing contracts, ensuring alignment with Digital ambitions.
