Your role in the Team’s Success
Analyse marketing data to drive insights, optimise campaigns, and improve marketing effectiveness across IG's marketing initiatives.Â

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.Â

What you’ll do
Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channelsÂ
Provide insights on customer acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retentionÂ
Support segmentation and targeting strategies with data analysisÂ
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaign performanceÂ
Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self serviceÂ
Be the POC for all data related questions on Marketing and have full ownership of the domain area Â
What you’ll need for this role
An extensive background in analyticsÂ
Advanced SQL skills with experience in building and maintaining data pipelines (tools like DBT, Airflow)Â
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (GA, GTM, Braze, Appsflyer, Firebase etc)Â
Experience running A/b tests and creating marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution modelsÂ
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively and using insights to influence decision makingÂ
Experience working with Visualisation tools (Looker)Â
