As a Product Analyst for Payments at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will play a central role in building the metrics and reporting foundation that enables our Product team to make confident, evidence-based decisions. Payments sits at the heart of our platform β supporting all deposit methods, payment integrations, allocation flows, money out, account structures and client money management for our investments platform. There is a real opportunity here to bring structure and clarity to how we measure and understand performance.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations and Data teams to define what good looks like, measure it consistently, and communicate it clearly. This is a product role β you will bring a product mindset to everything you do, using data as your tool to drive decisions, surface the right problems, and keep initiatives moving forward. You will be supported and coached to grow into broader product responsibilities as your impact and the function develops.
