A fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast -growing, health -tech company developing advanced machine learning and computer vision models used within clinical research and drug development. The business is building large -scale, production -grade ML systems applied to complex 3D imaging data.

This role is highly engineering -focused, sitting between machine learning, infrastructure and deployment. You will work closely with ML Scientists and engineering teams to ensure models can be trained and deployed reliably at scale.

Location:<\/b> 1 day per week in London - Shepherd's Bush (4 days remote)

Salary:<\/b> £70,000 – £90,000 per annum, with flexibility for the right candidate, plus benefits

Requirements for Senior / Principal Machine Learning Engineer:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Strong relevant industry experience in machine learning engineering
<\/span><\/li>- Strong Python and PyTorch experience
<\/li>- Experience training machine learning models at scale
<\/li>- Experience building and maintaining model deployment and inference pipelines
<\/li>- Hands -on experience using Docker in production environments
<\/li>- Strong Linux and Git skills
<\/li>- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure all acceptable)
<\/li>- Experience working with CI pipelines
<\/li>- Proactive, self -sufficient and highly communicative working style
<\/li>- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
<\/li>- Educated to a minimum of Masters Level
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>- Develop, train and deploy machine learning models into scalable production environments
<\/span><\/li>- Support and improve large -scale model training and inference pipelines
<\/li>- Collaborate closely with ML Scientists to productionise research models
<\/li>- Work with engineering teams to ensure robust, secure and efficient deployment
<\/li>- Contribute to code quality, documentation and best practices across the ML engineering function
<\/li><\/ul>
