Your Mission:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will immerse yourself in the data ecosystem, becoming fluent in data sourcing, cleansing, modelling, and interpretation. You'll play a hands-on role in creating and maintaining essential operational reports, offering key insights that support senior leadership decisions and everyday business efficiency. With a keen eye for detail, you will work across CRM and reporting systems to identify key audience trends and improve overall data quality. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you partner with analysts, technical teams, and operational staff to embed meaningful data practices into new process designs and digital transformation projects. You'll document findings, influence outcomes through effective reporting, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data visualisation and complex formula creation.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational database structures.
Experience with CRM systems and data extraction methods.
Excellent numeric and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
