The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the people agenda, ensuring the Practice is supported by a highly skilled, motivated workforce. With a strong focus on talent management, development, and coaching, the role is responsible for driving engagement and enabling individuals to perform at their best. By building capability within agile product teams and creating opportunities for personal growth and stretch assignments, the Practice Manager will develop robust talent pipelines and support long-term succession planning.

Β Working closely with senior leadership, the Practice Manager will lead a team and oversee wider resource planning, including third-party support. They will create an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where individuals feel confident to share ideas and challenge thinking. With strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and a focus on risk management and customer outcomes, the Practice Manager will ensure delivery excellence while using data and insight to inform strategic decision-making and drive meaningful business impact.
We operate on a team-led hybrid approach with at least 2 to 3 days a week in the Coventry office.
