THE TEAM

Ticketmaster Music is a passionate team dedicated to supporting the needs of the world’s biggest touring artists, and their promoters, agents, and managers. Tasked with building Ticketmaster’s relationships with the artist community, the team stays on the pulse of where the business is moving through ongoing discussions with major industry players.
 

This includes informing the artist community of the latest developments within Ticketmaster, supporting event operations, acting as a resource to help maximise ticket sales and awareness, driving incremental revenue throughout the tour cycle, and understanding artist needs and how Ticketmaster can serve them through new products and services.
 

Within Ticketmaster Music, the Global Pricing team plays a critical role. It is an invaluable resource for top tours, helping to price tickets effectively and capture fair value, ensuring we sell the right ticket, to the right fan, at the right price.
 

THE JOB

The Pricing Insights Analyst supports the delivery of critical reporting and pricing insights across the region. The role is responsible for delivering key client reporting in the short term, while contributing to improvements that enable more scalable, insight-driven reporting to support pricing decisions and commercial performance.
 

Working within a developing data environment, this individual will help structure reporting processes, analyse pricing and ticketing performance, and improve reporting workflows and data visibility across EMEA markets.
 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Prepare and deliver recurring client reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and update reporting templates, ensuring standards are applied across markets
  • Assist in documenting existing reporting processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Analyse ticketing and pricing performance trends to identify patterns and insights
  • Translate data into clear summaries and key takeaways for internal stakeholders
  • Support pricing initiatives through data analysis, tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Enablement, Pricing, Product, Client Support, and Data/BI teams
  • Contribute to the development of structured templates, dashboards, and workflow improvements
     

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Proven experience in reporting, business analysis, or commercial insights; degree preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and structured reporting
  • Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Ability to analyse datasets and identify trends or performance insights
  • Experience improving or organising reporting workflows and processes
  • Familiarity with BI or data visualisation tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
  • Interest in leveraging AI or automation tools to improve analysis and reporting efficiency

  • Curious and analytical, with an interest in understanding the drivers behind performance metrics
  • Organised and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows
  • Comfortable working in a developing data environment and adapting to evolving tools and processes
