The Role...
The Central Analytics Engineering team sits at the intersection of business teams, Insight Analytics, and Data Engineering to transform data into actionable assets for the business. This enables informed, data-led decision-making and allows us to deliver world-class products to our customers.

Our mission is to bring data to users by:

  • Building a scalable and efficient data asset
  • Monitoring and optimising data processes
  • Enabling self-serve analytics

As a Central team, we work closely with a number of business units and squads on long-term projects, system migrations (which involve data modelling), and smaller business initiatives. As an AE team, we also dedicate time to our own internal data initiatives, which help us maintain a strong reputation in the business, ensure our tools and systems scale alongside the organisation, and provide a platform for us to do our best work - examples include data governance and observability.ย

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, youโ€™ll work on high-impact business initiatives, using your expertise in technology and commercial problem-solving to scale processes and drive smarter decisions. Youโ€™ll also lead our internal data initiatives, creating and maintaining a gold-standard data asset that the whole business can rely on. That means building automated pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and introducing smarter approaches to modelling, observability, and governance. By putting in place scalable, resilient systems, youโ€™ll enable teams across Dojo to access fast, trusted insights and make confident decisions as the company continues to grow.
