Data Analyst (Power BI | SQL | Advanced Analytics)

OVERViEW

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics practice, focused on delivering actionable insights and data-driven decision-making for clients.

This is a client-facing role working across the full analytics lifecycle from data exploration to storytelling and advanced analytics.

Who We’re Looking For

A commercially minded Data Analyst who can translate complex data into meaningful insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create semantic models using DAX and Power Query
• Perform advanced analytics (forecasting, A/B testing, regression)
• Work with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on data solutions
• Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way
• Ensure data governance and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis and insight generation
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, modelling)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Python and/or R for analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience in consulting / professional services
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or Copilot tools
• Experience in regulated industries
• Experience with additional BI tools (Qlik, Looker, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions

• Role Type: Permanent & Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
