We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is deeply proficient in SQL, highly analytical, and passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights. 

You'll play a critical role in helping the business make data-informed decisions by analysing complex datasets, surfacing meaningful patterns, and building scalable data products.

• Advanced SQL skills; hands-on experience working with raw data and building scalable datasets (ideally in BigQuery).
• Expertise with Looker Studio (or similar BI tools like Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrable knowledge of relational and dimensional data modelling concepts.
• Experience working with data modelling tools such as Dataform (or dbt).
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and draw clear conclusions from data.
• Familiar with BI methodologies and best practice principles

You'll join our small but mighty Business Intelligence team and report in to the Business Intelligence Manager. 

Tasked with delivering operational support, you’ll collaborate with operational delivery teams to understand business goals, shape data requirements, and deliver insights that have real-world impact.

• Assist the BI Manager in overseeing quality control processes
• Lead complex projects and representing the BI function in cross-team settings.
• Proactive in shaping team processes, improving tooling, and driving data culture
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, driving actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, enabling teams to self-serve and track KPIs.
• Translate complex data into clear stories, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and ensure consistent reporting across teams
• Write advanced SQL to extract, clean, and transform large-scale datasets using BigQuery.
• Support, mentor and coach more junior analysts
