Senior Data Engineer
Your responsibilities:
ï‚·Lead enterprise-wide data architecture initiatives for Insurance business functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational data standards.
ï‚·Design and maintain canonical data models, enterprise data standards, and reference architectures to promote consistency, interoperability, and reusability across platforms.
ï‚·Define and implement end-to-end data architecture solutions leveraging AWS, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud-native data services.
ï‚·Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Sparx EA, Erwin, and industry best practices to support business transformation initiatives.
ï‚·Design and govern data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse architectures to support reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and regulatory compliance requirements.
ï‚·Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to define data requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

ï‚·Cloud & Data Platforms: AWS, Databricks, BigID, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
ï‚·Architecture & Modelling: Canonical data models/standards, Sparx EA, Erwin, DWH design, JSON & XSD schema design, Metadata frameworks, Informatica Ref360, Axon, EDC
ï‚·Integration & Processing: ETL/ELT (Informatica), API design, data pipelines, Kafka, MQ, Postman
ï‚·Governance & Leadership: Enterprise governance, reference architecture, Agile delivery, steering committees, stakeholder and relationship management, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
