About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems and Data Analyst to play a key role in the Families First Programmeรขยยa transformational initiative focused on redesigning and evaluating childrenรขยยs services and workflows.
This role combines technical expertise, strategic analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive system improvements and data-led decision-making. You will lead the reconfiguration of the Mosaic Casework Management System (Mosaic) and deliver high-quality data insights that support service improvement and organisational transformation.
Reporting to the Strategic Lead for the Families First Programme, you will work within a hybrid environment and have significant influence across multiple teams and service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and optimisation of the Mosaic Casework Management System to align with redesigned service workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system and data solutions
- Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business analysis and decision-making
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement
- Support the design and evaluation of end-to-end processes within childrenรขยยs services
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
- Provide expert advice on systems, data strategy, and digital transformation
- Work closely with programme teams to support change management and implementation activities
- Produce clear documentation, including technical specifications, data models, and user guidance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior systems and/or data analyst role
- Strong experience working with case management systems (ideally Mosaic or similar)
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel)
- Experience in business process mapping and service redesign
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical system solutions
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in public sector or childrenรขยยs services
