Supply Chain Reporting & Data Analyst 
Location: Hybrid, based from Derby, Manchester, Warrington or other RR SMR locations 
Salary: £53,805 – £66,465 dependent on experience + 12.5% bonus + £2,200 benefits allowance

Our Procurement & Supply Chain function is critical to delivering our first SMR and supporting future fleet deployment. As we scale, the ability to make data‑driven decisions, monitor performance and generate meaningful insights becomes increasingly important. 

To support this, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Reporting & Data Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting and analytics across the function. You’ll provide insight into supplier performance, internal operations and market trends—supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the business. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide clear visibility of Supply Chain performance 

  • Produce accurate, consolidated reporting to support decision-making across Procurement & Supply Chain 

  • Analyse supplier performance, operational data and market insights to identify risks, trends and opportunities 

  • Deliver financial analysis (e.g. NPV, IRR, ROI) to support sourcing decisions and commercial evaluations 

  • Support budget tracking and performance monitoring against functional objectives 

  • Create and maintain analytical tools and trackers to support business workflows 

  • Ensure robust governance, data quality and compliance across reporting and datasets 

  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers and investors 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python) 

  • Experience working within Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related environment 

  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to perform cost and investment analysis 

  • Experience managing and maintaining data quality, governance and reporting processes 

  • A structured, analytical approach to problem solving with a focus on continuous improvement 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment 

 

Location & Ways of Working 

This role can be based from Derby, Manchester, Warrington or other RR SMR locations. 
We operate hybrid working, with regular weekly office attendance expected.
