FOUNT has an opening on its Solutions team for a Customer Implementation Data Analyst. This role is primarily focused on customer onboarding and implementation, product configuration, service delivery, and post implementation analytics. Our Solutions team works internally with the Customer Success team and externally with customer project teams and senior executives to help them measure, visualize, and understand data that helps to identify sources of friction and inefficiency in an organization β what gets in the way of people doing great work and having great experiences at work.
