The Role This is a full-time, permanent position for an ASAP start. You will be responsible for the integrity and analysis of the school’s academic and pastoral data sets.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting: Producing detailed attainment and progress reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Governing Body.
Management Information Systems: Managing the school’s MIS (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) to ensure data accuracy and security.
Visualisation: Creating intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Excel to track student trends and highlight underperformance.
Statutory Returns: Coordinating the school’s census returns and ensuring compliance with DfE data requirements.
Exams Support: Assisting the Exams Officer with the analysis of GCSE and A-Level results during the summer results period.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (Inner London Scale)
