What is the role?
You will be based in our London office, working alongside a Senior Insight Consultant and an Insight Consultant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of sports and entertainment, collaborating with leading rightsholders and brands. As an Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering impactful research projects, partnering with Gembaโs Strategy and Data and Analytics teams to manage, implement, and report insights that support fan-focused, data-informed decisions.
You will be expected to deliver high-quality client outputs through efficient and effective working practices. This includes contributing to questionnaire design, analysing data using Q, and identifying key insights for client reports. You will also have the chance to build your consulting skills by working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including Gemba clients and research partners. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of specific research projects and help maintain strong client relationships.
You will also play a key role in managing one of the biggest Global Sport and Entertainment proprietary research programs, which is active in 20+ markets around the world.
Who are we looking for?
Weโre looking for an Insights Analyst with at least 2 years of market research experience, ideally from a consulting or agency background, with a strong track record of managing research projects for a variety of clients.
