About the Role

As our Junior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and analysing data to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. You’ll work across multiple data systems to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency while supporting a shift toward more data-driven strategies in Aged Care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to real business intelligence development while gaining hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyse data to uncover trends and insights
• Use SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Support data engineering tasks to improve data quality and accessibility
• Apply commercial thinking to deliver valuable business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making
• Help build BI tools that streamline processes and improve client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Interest in data engineering and structured data systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Understanding of business/financial impact from data insights
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a bonus
• Passion for aged care and making a meaningful impact through data
