About the Role
As CDW UK&I continues its rapid growth and increasing complexity, we are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior CPI Analyst to help lead our next phase of commercial maturity.
This high-profile role focuses on delivering actionable insight, financial performance visibility, and market intelligence to help the business make smarter, faster decisions. Youβll partner across Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to shape scalable, data-led strategies that support long-term revenue growth.

What Success Looks Like
Trusted advisor to Sales and other stakeholders on all things commercial
Tangible contribution to revenue growth and commercial strategy
Driving a culture of evidence-based decision-making through metrics and insight
Delivering a connected sales experience β from pipeline to deal structure, forecasting and delivery
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support accurate and agile sales forecasting (short, medium and long term)
Analyse pipeline, market, segment, and vertical trends to inform commercial decisions
Support customer, product, and service mix analysis to drive profitable growth
Provide commercial input into account-level financial planning and sales strategies
Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and scalability across sales and commercial processes
Define and track key performance metrics tied to business goals
Contribute to business process and system change programmes that enable transformation
Act as a key partner in the development of the Sales and Operations functions
What Youβll Bring
Experience in Finance, Commercial, or Sales Operations roles within a technology or digital-focused company
In-depth understanding of sales operations, performance analysis, and market intelligence
Proven ability to connect financial and non-financial data to commercial outcomes
Highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and identify improvement areas
Experience managing multiple workstreams and adapting to shifting priorities
Commercial acumen and the confidence to influence decisions at senior level
Demonstrated experience driving process improvement and operational change
Proficient with performance dashboards, forecasting models, and BI/reporting tools
